Kitchen, Inc HISTORY. |
Like every immigrant’s dream to pursue
financial stability and provide for their family Mr. Jesus
Cabezas immigrated to the US in 1970. He began his rough journey
as a field worker harvesting peaches, almonds, and grapes in the
sunny town of Merced, California. He later found many job
opportunities. He struggled with 2 to 3 jobs at once. From a
full-time driver during graveyard shift to part-time cook during
the day and full-time cook during the weekends. His last
position as cook took place at the Hyatt Hotel in Burlingame,
California back in 1988. He later worked for a local Produce
Company as a driver in the City of South San Francisco. With
three jobs and a working spouse, ends were barely being met. But
one thing he regretted the most was not being able to spend
quality time with his children. Eager to find more time with his
family he knew he had to take a risk. It was then that his
vision began….
And to this day, with18 years of experience and providing
quality precuts with integrity and Honesty, JC Kitchen has
become a reality to his founder
J.C. Kitchen was established on December of 1989 we are a
VEGETABLE AND FRUIT MANUFACTURING facility serving the finest
dining establishments, deli’s, commissaries and well known food
chains in the bay area. Up until 2004 JC Kitchen was under sole
proprietorship operated by the Cabezas family under the
supervision of his children and directed by Jesus Jr and Martiza
Cabezas, It later became
incorporated in 2004 and it is still operated and directed by
the Cabezas family. |
